Recreation Seasons

Fall Season: August 1 - October 31

Fall Season is played outdoors at the fields at Eastern Regional Park. This traditional season focuses on building fundamental skills, teamwork, and game experience in a fun and supportive environment. Players have the opportunity to develop their abilities, stay active, and enjoy the game throughout the season.

Winter Season: Mid November - Mid March

Indoor Winter Season is a faster-paced program played at the indoor soccer fields at the  North East Regional Recreation Center (NERRC). In an enclosed environment, players focus on skill development, agility, and quick decision-making, helping them sharpen their game during the offseason while continuing to have fun and compete.

Spring Season:  Mid March - Mid May

Spring Season offers the same great outdoor experience as the Fall Season, but in a shorter format. Played at Eastern Regional Park, this season focuses on skill development, teamwork, and game play in a fun and supportive environment—perfect for players looking to stay active and continue building their skills.

U.S SOCCER AGE MATRIX 2026-2027

The U.S. Youth Soccer age matrix has officially returned to the previous age group format based on school grade/birth year alignment. This change helps keep players with their classmates and friends, creating a more familiar and balanced recreational soccer experience.

Rosedale Soccer will follow the updated age matrix guidelines for team formation and player placement moving forward.

Please review the current age group chart before registering to ensure your player is placed in the correct division. If you have any questions regarding age eligibility or placement, please contact us — we’re happy to help!
